Ten Four STL is a premium St. Louis recording studio and artist-services company created for artists who value exceptional sound, dependable service, and an elevated creative environment. From the first recording take to the final campaign strategy, every detail is approached with care and intention.
Reviewed and accepted before every reservation — so your session runs exactly as planned.
A 50% deposit is required to secure all studio reservations. Your reservation is not confirmed until the deposit has been successfully paid. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins. Studio access and services may be withheld until the outstanding balance has been paid.
Your deposit serves as the cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable. Requests to reschedule are subject to studio availability and must be arranged directly with Ten Four STL. Failure to attend without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Please arrive on time and prepared for your session. Late arrivals do not extend the reservation. Your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid interfering with other bookings.
Additional studio time must be purchased at the current hourly rate and is subject to availability. Additional time is not guaranteed and must be approved before the scheduled session ends.
Studio bookings cover the services specifically included in the original reservation. Additional recording, editing, mixing, mastering, clean versions, alternate versions, stems, revisions, or other work outside the original booking may require an additional fee. Pricing for additional work will be communicated before the work is completed.
Clients are responsible for downloading and maintaining backups of all final files provided by the studio. Ten Four STL is not responsible for permanently storing session files, recordings, stems, mixes, masters, or other project data after delivery.
By submitting payment or completing a reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed, understood, and agreed to the Ten Four STL Studio Policies. Payment of the required deposit constitutes acceptance of these terms.
